Privacy

A starting template, not a substitute for legal review. Read the note below before publishing.

Before you publish this

This is a structured starting point, built to accurately reflect a standard GA4 / server-side tagging / Consent Mode v2 setup — the stack already documented across ThinkMedia’s own service pages. It is not legal advice, and Claude is not a lawyer. Before publishing: confirm every bracketed field, confirm this accurately describes what ThinkMedia actually collects and shares, and have a qualified privacy lawyer review it against current GDPR, UK GDPR, and any US state privacy laws (CCPA/CPRA and similar) relevant to where clients and site visitors are located.

Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Think Media, registered at G70, G Block, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309, India (“ThinkMedia,” “we,” “us”), collects, uses, and shares personal data when you visit thinkmedia.ai, use our services, or contact us. It applies to visitors, prospective clients, and clients.

What we collect

  • Contact information you provide directly — name, email, company, phone number — when you submit a form, book an audit, or contact us.

  • Usage data collected via Google Analytics 4, including pages visited, referral source, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address.

  • Advertising identifiers and conversion events, collected client-side via tags and server-side via Conversions API integrations, used to measure and improve our own marketing and, where applicable, campaigns we manage on a client’s behalf.

  • Account access data if you engage us for services — this may include limited access to your own advertising or analytics accounts, granted and revoked by you at your discretion.

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: consent, for non-essential cookies and advertising data collection (collected via our consent banner before any non-essential tag fires); contract, for data needed to deliver services you’ve engaged us for; and legitimate interest, for basic security and fraud prevention, and for essential first-party analytics limited to what a specific national authority’s exemption allows without consent, where applicable.

Our tagging setup uses Google Consent Mode v2. Before you make a choice in our cookie banner, ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, and ad_personalization all default to denied for visitors in regions where consent is required. They update to granted only after an affirmative choice in the banner, and you can change that choice at any time. See our Cookie Policy for the full list of what each signal controls.

Who we share data with

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf — [hosting provider], [CRM provider], [email provider], [analytics/tagging infrastructure] — under data processing agreements.

  • Advertising platforms — Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Amazon, and others — where you’ve consented to advertising data collection, or where we manage a platform account on your behalf as a client.

  • Legal or regulatory recipients, only where required by law.

We do not sell personal data. Where data is transferred outside the EEA or UK — including to US-based service providers — we rely on [Standard Contractual Clauses / the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, confirm current certification status of each vendor before publishing] as the transfer mechanism.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@thinkmedia.ai. EEA and UK residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law. [Confirm specific retention periods for each data category before publishing — this section needs real numbers, not a placeholder, to be defensible under GDPR’s storage limitation principle.]

Contact

Questions about this policy or your data: info@thinkmedia.ai. [If required by your jurisdiction or client base: registered Data Protection Officer name and contact.]
